Student Success Team

The Student Success Team is dedicated to supporting every child’s journey toward academic, social, emotional, and personal growth. Working in partnership with students, families, teachers, support staff, and related service providers, the team helps ensure that all children receive the individualized support, guidance, and resources needed to thrive in school and beyond. Through collaboration, problem-solving, and ongoing communication, the Student Success Team promotes a nurturing learning environment where every child is valued, encouraged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our preschool program proudly serves mixed-age classrooms for children ages 3–5 in inclusive learning environments that celebrate the unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs of every student. Grounded in a whole-child approach, the Student Success Team supports not only academic readiness, but also social-emotional development, communication, independence, behavior, and peer relationships. By fostering meaningful connections and providing developmentally appropriate supports, the team helps create classrooms where all learners can  participate, succeed, and grow together.
